Iddiâs Bakery is part of the Galea Restaurant family. It is a family with chefs that come from Michelin Starred backgrounds, holding themselves to high standards both inside and outside of the kitchen.
Iddiâs Bakery was dreamt up by Chef Michelle Catarata. âIddiâ is the family nickname affectionately given to her since childhood. With the loving guidance of her Lola Luz (Lola means grandmother in the Philippines), Chef Michelle has always been in the kitchen as long as she can remember. Although her career has mostly been in high-end and fine dining restaurants, her dream has always been a neighborhood bakery where she can deliver homemade and nostalgic desserts executed with the knowledge she has collected during her almost 18 year career.
